_Policy and Agreement_

1. _Registration Fee_: A one-time registration fee of 10k is required. for local domestic job.

  b. Office and bank cleaning fees 50k

  c. Registration and preparation fee for overseas job. 150k

2. First month salary policy for jobs in Nigeria: The first month's salary will be divided into two equal parts, with one half sent to us and the other half paid to you. This is a one-time arrangement, and from the second month onwards, you will receive your full salary.

3. _Subsequent Jobs_: If we provide you with a new job, the first month's salary will again be divided into two equal parts.

4. _Long-term Employment_: To avoid the salary division, we encourage you to commit to long-term employment with your assigned employer.

5. _No Arguments_: We will not tolerate any arguments or disputes regarding the collection of half salary during the first month of work.

6. _Referrals_: Referring friends or relatives to work for your employer without our knowledge will result in severe consequences.

7. _Employer Relations_: In case of any issues, please direct complaints to us instead of engaging in fights or disrespect with your employer.

8. _Notice Period_: A minimum of two months' notice is required if you wish to leave your employment for any reason.

9. _Salary Forfeiture_: If you leave against your employer's wishes, you will forfeit your salary to the company.

10. _Legal Consequences_: Stealing or any form of crime will be treated according to Nigerian Law.
